The Green Party recently underwent a truly historic moment in its, and our, history. A breakthrough saw the first ever Green MP elected into parliament in the UK. One of the very first achievements was the setting up of solar panels on public buildings in Kirklees and onto primary schools in Lewisham. Solar panels for your home might not be as out of reach as you might think. Although the Green Party can’t promise to help supply every home in the UK with solar panels, they have recently instigated a new Deal Plan in Birmingham.
